Being a parent can be tough and isolating, which is why we are here to provide an opportunity for parents to connect and benefit from our sessions as much as their children do. At The Nurture Nest, we offer a space to talk about the common issues that come with parenthood such as post-natal depression or anxiety.
Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for parents and their children, with a range of activities from Storytime, sing-alongs, we have baby changing facilities. We’ve also got free tea, coffee, juice, and water for both parents and toddlers. Join us every Friday between 10 am and 12pm and let us help you on your parenting journey. Domestic abuse peer support group – Physical abuse, Emotional abuse, Sexual abuse, financial abuse, Coercive control, and Gas lighting.
This support group meets once a month on the last Friday of the month at 9.30am to 11.30am Come and connect with victims and survivors in a safe non-judgmental environment.

Yoga – Do you long for more balance and peace in your life? Join our yoga group and find a better sense of well-being and relaxation. Our classes provide a calming environment for our members to reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. We use gentle movements and poses to help reduce stress and tension, while increasing strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Our experienced instructor will guide you through postures that promote peace, and relaxation. With our yoga group, you’ll be able to find the balance and peace you desire.
